Bonnie J. Fladung (Founder) specializes in nonfiction and adventure travel writing with a focus on nature and wildlife. She combines her love of literature with a passion for traveling to remote places, and has studied the art of storytelling with master storytellers in Morocco and the San Bushmen of the Kalahari Desert. A former high tech marketing executive, Bonnie is now following her lifelong passion for writing tales of heroism and exploits that stretch the bounds of the imagination. She is the co-author of the award-winning “When Eagles Roar: The Amazing Journey of an African Wildlife Adventurer” which was selected as: “One of the Best Wildlife Books of All Time” by BookAuthority. She also wrote “The Elephant’s Euphonium,” which was a New Hampshire Literary Award Finalist for Outstanding Work of Children’s Literature

Margo Gabrielle Damian Fladung (Illustrator) illustrated several award-winning books about wildlife including “When Eagles Roar” and “The Elephant’s Euphonium,” which was a New Hampshire Literary Award Finalist for Outstanding Work of Children’s Literature. Her illustrations and artwork are featured on the notecards and artwork sponsored by Feather Star Press. Margo attended the School Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, where she developed her passion for design, jewelry, and metalsmithing. She also studied printmaking, illustration, and oil painting. Her work has been exhibited at Dartmouth College, the Library Arts Center in Newport NH, the Hoxie Gallery in Newport RI, and the Chandler Center for the Arts in Randolph VT.
